Payment
To secure your booking, we kindly request prepayment via one of the following options:
- Online banking.
- Leaving cash payment ready on the day of the service.
Cancellation - please note:
Please note: To cancel a booking, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, payment will still be due (unless otherwise pre-arranged).
This is because once we commit to your booking, we allocate time specifically for your pet. If you cancel within 24 hours, we may not be able to fill that time slot with another client, which can affect our schedule and income.
