Payment & Cancellation Policy
How to pay
We try to keep things as simple as possible. To secure your booking, we kindly request prepayment via either bank transfer or cash.
Online Banking
Most of our clients prefer the convenience of a quick bank transfer. We’ll provide the details once your booking is confirmed.
Please send £1 first before making a full payment (deduct it afterwards) so we can check we are all set up correctly.
Cash
You are more than welcome to leave a cash payment ready for us on the day of the service.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice
To cancel or reschedule a booking, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Late Cancellations
If less than 24 hours notice is given, payment will still be due (unless we’ve made a special arrangement beforehand).
Why we have this policy:
As a small family business, once we commit to your booking, that time is yours. If you cancel at the last minute, we often can't fill that slot with anyone else, which affects our schedule and our ability to keep the business running smoothly for everyone.
